Return Policy
Damaged Product
Items that are damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy! We will exchange products damaged in the shipping process. All shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Our return policy excludes cartomizers, tanks, atomizers, coils, drip tips or any product that is opened, tamper evident is broken, boxes missing or any opened items.
Defective Product
Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery date. There may be some exceptions. Please reach out to customer service for any questions.
New Product Guarantee for Retail Stores
We do have a 30-day guarantee for retail stores that if you cannot sell a brand or product you ordered from us for the first time, you can send it back for a return or exchange. This product must be returned in full sellable condition. i.e. Unopened or as received, no damage to the product or packaging, product sold by the case must be returned as a full case, etc.
Distributors do not qualify for this program.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees, delivery fees or other fees are nonrefundable.
